“You are what you eat”. All of you know these well-known words regarding human lifestyle that could be seen by food they choose to eat. Look at those people who have glowing and vibrant skin or the elderly who still look active and fresh, they must be doing something right with their life and I believe one of them is a great habit which is consuming a healthy food. I know that some people love junk food because it looks more tempting but hey, healthy food is delicious as well!
CoHaus Living supports people to eat a healthy food by hosting “Healthy Cooking Class” with the expert one, Mrs. Ruth. She shared her great recipes and showed us how to cook a healthy and delicious food. Our guests learnt how to cook simple food using vegetables such as zucchini noodles and cauliflower fried rice. Aren't you drooling? I'll tell you this: They all taste great! I don't lie. And not forget to mention that we all got to taste her dessert everybody loves, a banana bread. Isn’t it fantastic?
Vegetables are no more boring! Thanks to Mrs. Ruth we have a spectacular night. Learning new skills, sharing ideas and tasted some yummy food were absolutely fun. We are going to have another exciting cooking class with her for sure. For you who didn't get a chance to attend this event, don't worry!
